Recipe: Peanut Butter Keto Cookies
Ingredients:
1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
1 Egg
Almond milk (2 Tsp)
Baking Powder (½ Tsp)
Cinnamon powder (½ Tsp)
Sugar Substitute (½ Cup)
Vanilla extract (1 Tsp)
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together to form a paste.
Make little balls from the paste (about the size of 1 tablespoon).
Flatten the balls with a spoon or a fork to make them flat cookies. Lay cookies out on a tray and bake them at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 °C) for 15 minutes.
Take out and allow to cool. Ready to serve.
Combine all ingredients Roll into 1 tbs balls. Flatten with a fork twice to make a crosshatch on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Recipe: Bulletproof Coffee
Ingredients:
2 cups hot coffee
Grass-fed butter (2 tbsp)
Pink salt (1/4 tsp
MCT oil (1 tbsp)
Cinnamon powder (1/2 tsp)
Preparation:
Add 2 cups of hot coffee in a blender. Add in grass-fed butter, pink salt, MCT oil and cinnamon
powder.
Blend mixture.
Pour and serve.

Recipe: Broccoli and Butter Stir Fry
Ingredients:
Coconut oil (2 tbsp)
Grass-fed butter (2 tbsp)
Chopped onions (4 tbsp)
Chopped garlic (3 tbsp)
Salt (2 tsp)
1 head broccoli (chopped into smaller florets)
Cinnamon powder (1/2 tsp)
Chili powder (1/2 tsp)
Preparation:
Add coconut oil in pan and heat. Once oil is hot, add grass-fed butter and mix till butter melts.
Add in onions and stir fry till onions turn golden brown.
Add garlic and stir for a minute or two. Keep heat on low.
Add cinnamon powder, salt, chili powder and broccoli florets into pan and stir fry on high heat.
Once you see broccoli is cooked, turn off heat and add the broccoli to a bowl and it’s ready to serve.
