The high fibre of avocados (about 14 grams) in each avocado means that including this fruit in your daily diet is a no brainer. Avocado can help prevent some cancers such as bowel due to it's high fibre concentration.
2. Watermelon
Watermelons have a multitude of health benefits. It keeps you hydrated, it keeps your skin healthy, and it helps to regulate weight. Watermelon contains only 40 calories. The magnesium in watermelon helps to maintain a healthy metabolism.
3. Strawberries
Strawberries are packed full of antioxidants. They block free radicals from damaging the body, including the eyes. Eye related conditions can be prevented by eating strawberries. Potassium in the strawberries can also be beneficial to the eyes.
4. Lemons
Lemons are a great source of vitamin C which according to research reduces your risk of heart disease and stroke.
5. Tomatoes
Tomatoes are said to reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer. The are low in carbs making them ideal for the keto diet. Vitamins and minerals in tomatoes include vitamin C & K, folate, and potassium.
6. Raspberries
Raspberries are beneficial to the skin because of it's high levels of vitamin C. This means it can repair damaged skin and help in aiding cell regeneration.
7. Peaches
The average peaches contain just 50 calories making them an excellent snack. They also contain a moderate amount of vitamin C and antioxidants which the body needs to fight off infection and helps guard against those harmful free radicals which are responsible for some cancers.
